It also means the person posting did not have permission to use the story or is not crediting the story correctly. It really sucks that anyone would claim copyright on a story they do not own so please if you are submitting a story someone else has written or you are claiming copyright on a story someone else has written just don’t do it. It is not yours. The moment someone puts that pen on paper and starts writing a story then that person owns the copyright.
